Recipezz
A shared recipe book for the people you cook with.
A recipe app built around the way people actually collect food. Save one off a website, photograph a page out of a cookbook, and see what everyone else has been making. Then put the week together and walk into the store with the list already sorted by aisle.

Search your recipes, and your friends'
The app is invite only, so everyone in it is someone you would cook with, and one search field covers the whole collection, yours and theirs. Browse by category, jump to what went in recently, or search every recipe in the app and open one with the person who saved it attached.

Add recipes from a website or a photo
Paste a URL and the recipe comes back parsed: title, ingredients, steps, photo, and a credit back to the source. Or upload photos of a cookbook page and it reads the same structure off the paper. Both land in the same editable format, so nothing arrives as a wall of text you have to clean up first.

Catalogue your cookbooks
Group recipes into cookbooks the way you would group them on a shelf, the ones you actually own and the ones you put together yourself. Each gets a cover and a name, so the food you have collected has somewhere to live instead of sitting in one long list.

Cook with the ingredients in context
Long recipes are grouped into named sections, and every step carries its own ingredients underneath it, in the amounts that step needs. You are not scrolling back to the top with one hand while something browns.

Meal planning and grocery lists
Put recipes on the week by day and by meal, then pull the shopping list straight off the plan. Quantities combine across recipes and land grouped by aisle, so the list reads in the order you walk the store. You can add the things a recipe never bothers to mention, like foil.
